    Description

    Contract period: 05/06/2024 to 05/05/2025

    Pay: $24.74

    Location: Downtown, Toronto

    Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm- Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

    SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Trade settlements
    • Creating Reports
    • Responding to emails from traders
    • Internal Bookkeeping
    • Support the timely and accurate completion of business processes
    • Actively review internal processes/activities and provide ideas for process improvement
    • Investigate and escalate non-standard or high-risk activities as appropriate
    • Prioritize and manage own workload to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements for service and productivity

    MUST HAVE:

    Trade settlements experience – 2 to 5 years experience

    Excel- v loop, running macro (not writing), speed and accuracy

    Any experience using depositary – CDS/ DTC

    Outlook skills

    Strong communication skills- verbal/written

    NICE TO HAVE:

    Major Banking experience

    EDUCATION: Diploma
