    Description
    As the newest Falker to the team, you will be producing strong, creative work that helps our clients understand the potential of the product and enhances internal and external communication. You will create content for blog articles, marketing pieces, case studies, infographics, white papers, animated videos and more.

    External Comms

    · Blog

    · Develop, produce, and schedule engaging social media content in written, video and photo form

    · Social media (LinkedIn), Instagram, Pinterest posts

    · Review analytics and create reports on key metrics

    · Canned social posts for branches

    · White papers

    · Project profiles (Falkbuilds)

    Corporate

    · Website updates as requested

    · Support with website content, updates, and development as required

    · Marketing Sales tools

    · Update photo gallery on website

    · Yearly ESG report

    Internal Comms

    · Internal newsletter

    · Falker facts for slides

    · Meet the Falkers video interviews

    Skillset

    · Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with great attention to detail and ability to write engaging narrative.

    · Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

    · Able to give and receive constructive criticism.

    · Able to self-manage and be proactive, ability to work individually and as part of a team

    · Previous experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

    · Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

    · Candidate will be responsible for writing weekly blog posts which includes interviewing clients, case studies, website content, ETC.

    · Responsible for social media, content creation (Instagram, Linkedin and Pinterest)

    · MS Office, LinkedIn, Instagram, SharePoint, PowerPoint skills required.

    · Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.

    · Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships with multiple groups. Creativity and a keen eye for design

    · Familiar with Adobe suite, specifically InDesign

    · Basic video editing skills an asset

    Details & Expectations:

    · Full time, in office role (Calgary, AB)

    · Ability to work in an open office environment with distractions.

    · Dog friendly workplace, must be comfortable with this.

    · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

    · As part of a small team, you will be responsible from the biggest to the smallest parts of a project. Everyone pitches in.
