    Description

    Job Title: Technical Sales Representative - Bearings, Power Transmission

    Company: Wajax - Serving Canadian industry since 1858

    • Accountable for growing industry revenues within top industry account portfolios and acquiring new large accounts
    • Lead the sales strategy, target customer accounts, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
    • Retain and grow business relationships by identifying opportunities and presenting innovative solutions
    • Conduct sales calls, cold calls, and lead follow-ups to increase sales in assigned territory
    • Build relationships with decision makers, establish Wajax as a trusted advisor
    • Drive Key Account growth through engineered services
    • Provide input on target client opportunities and ensure alignment with overall account strategy
    • Coordinate with product experts to capitalize on expansion and cross-selling opportunities
    • Ensure the sale by analyzing competitor offerings and overcoming objections
    • Full compliance with Impact sales process and CRM tools

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Technical Engineering preferred
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales of process equipment
    • Leadership level industry experience in sectors such as mining, pulp and paper, and municipal markets
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
