    Description

    Consult Contribute to the growth of the business by playing a critical role in supporting the business development team with new business opportunities and account growthProvide thought leadership and strategic direction to prospects and customers in areas like customer experience, composable architecture, artificial intelligence, and cloud infrastructure, aligned to our key strategic partnerships Partner, build relationships, and become a trusted advisor to Appnovation's customers, business development team, and client services leadership teams as the team member accountable for technology solutions and their qualityExperience working in the composable ecosystem, such as content or commence, with an understanding of the partners and their offerings Build Collaborate with multiple clients, project, and development teamsAnticipate internal challenges and provide proactive escalation managementStay current with technology and industry best practices to ensure that skill set remains broad and current Share Work closely with Technology Leadership to understand defined technology standards, patterns, and practices so that these are effectively communicated to client stakeholders.

    Help with mentoring technical team members and help build effective project teamsBusiness trends and growth areas with the Appnovation leadership in helping to shape our tech strategy and skills alignment to best support customer growth WHO YOU ARE:

    Experience working in a digital agency, consultancy, or professional services environmentYou are a T-shaped person with depth and breadth of technical experience.


    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent8+ years of web (preferred) and or mobile development experienceKnowledge of several programming languages and frameworks e.g.

    Javascript/Typescript, Laravel, PHP, Knowledge of how to build modern web applications.

    Knowledge of architectural principles necessary for delivering scalable, extensible, composable, and maintainable high-performance web and/or mobile experiencesKnowledge of cloud computing architecture (GCP preferred but not essential), services, and platformsUnderstanding of DevOps principles and processes Understanding of agile principles and methodologies Nice to Haves: 3+ years of leading, managing, and mentoring distributed web or mobile development teamsExperience with development in an enterprise environmentEnterprise platform experience including DXPs, Salesforce, Adobe, Acquia Thank you for your interest in a career with Appnovation Technologies Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is not only something that we embrace - we celebrate it Come join us at Appnovation, and learn more about how we stay true to our company values as we build better lives through better digital.
