    Alchemysts Inc., North America's top-shelf marketing agency exclusively dedicated to championing the spirits, beer & wine industry, is on the hunt for a spirited Account Manager to join our dynamic team. Picture yourself leading the charge for some of the biggest and most legendary brands in the business, including Mary J. Blige's Sun Goddess Wines, Glenfiddich, Sailor Jerry Rum, and Bebe Rexha's Provocativo.

    As the life of the party at Alchemysts Inc., you'll be the master mixologist of creating and executing unforgettable campaigns for our global brand clients. Managing a portfolio of high-profile accounts, you'll create marketing and PR strategies that hit the spot with earned and paid media, experiential, influencer marketing, and unforgettable events that will have everyone raising a glass.

    We're looking for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 3-5 years of PR or communications experience, ideally within the CPG or alcohol industry. If you've got a knack for building brands, nurturing media relationships, and exceeding client expectations with your KPI-driven approach, then you might just be the perfect blend for our spirited crew at Alchemysts Inc.     Raise the bar with the following qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of PR or communications experience, CPG or alcohol industry background preferred
    • Expertise in national PR, influencer marketing, experiential marketing, branded content, and event planning
    • Strong media relationships and pitching skills
    • Strategic thinker with client ROI understanding
    • Effective time management and leadership skills
    • Creative, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality work
    • WSET Level 2 or French fluency – an added flavor

    What the Role Entails:

    • Build and execute marketing strategies that encompass earned and paid media, experiential, influencer marketing, as well as virtual and in-person events.
    • Day-to-day client management of a portfolio of clients.
    • Day-to-day management of direct reports and suppliers
    • Manage agency relationships with on-premise, media and suppliers across Canada and the U.S.
    • Budget and project management.
    • Supplier management to ensure compliance to all deadlines
    • Reach and exceed agency KPIs
    • Weekly and monthly analytics and reporting
    • Meet and surpass monthly agency KPIs
