    Customer Service Representative - Bilingual

    Reporting to the Manager, Service Desk, or equivalent, the Customer Service Representative will provide end users and client support for all Managed Security Services.

    You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading and implementing complex projects that assess the current state of the organization and drive continuous improvement.
  • Documenting and implementing enterprise processes reengineering/optimizations including identifying gaps, corrective actions and key metrics and KPIs.
  • Identifying and recommending opportunities for continuous improvement and process efficiency.
  • Maintaining and documenting processes; applying relevant business, technology and other enterprise expertise.
  • Implementing, managing and promoting an environment of continuous improvement and the adoption of process improvement practices and tools.
  • Developing/implementing innovative tools, resources and templates to support process improvements.
  • Developing and framing materials/presentations that support senior management in articulating findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • You bring:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be eligible to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a Full Time Capacity.
  • Must have Reliability Status (RS) or be eligible (based in part on 5-years of continuous Canadian residency).
  • Results focused ability to coordinate and manage several priorities and initiatives concurrently.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Open to working and supporting a 24 x 7 x 365 for the help desk team.
