    As the Senior Coordinator, Talent Attraction, you will be responsible for supporting all talent acquisition and strategy efforts for early talent student recruitment across Loblaw Companies Limited. In this role you will continually partner with Business leaders and the HR recruitment team to roll out initiatives that build talent pipelines for critical Pharmacy roles, enhance campus strategies that enable Loblaw and Shoppers Drug Mart Pharmacy to successfully meet their needs for key Pharmacy roles across Canada.

    What you will be accountable for:

  • Collaborate with Sr. Managers, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Specialists to implement pharmacy talent attraction strategies and pipelining initiatives
  • Manage invoicing and payments related to campus events, sponsorships, and initiatives.
  • Ensuring that the employer brand is standardized and represented consistently across the country online and in person. This includes creating promotional materials (brochures, digital ads, graphics, PowerPoint templates
  • Support the planning and lead internal student experience related projects such as the Scholarship Program and Student Feedback Surveys
  • Plan and execute networking events with schools and student associations to promote the brand and build a strong talent pipeline. Represent the Pharmacy and Health & Wellness banners and champion our value proposition at key company, campus, and industry events
  • Manage the campus swag process which includes selecting promotional items for giveaways and ordering and maintaining inventory and forecasting. Ensuring teams are equipped for events by shipping items.
  • Build and manage relationships with external campus partners to support attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Conduct phone screens and candidate interviews as needed for student positions, scholarships, and new grad pharmacist roles
  • Reporting and analytics of key campus recruitment metrics. Through maintaining various excel trackers for events ROI, interviews, and other initiatives. Ensuring all information is current and activity is updated on a regular basis.
  • Participate in the development of critical early talent related initiatives such as student conferences, pharmacy galas and other innovative initiatives that attract our target student prospects
  • What you'll need

  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • 3+ years of recruitment and/or campus experience
  • Business Administration and / or Human Resources post-secondary education
  • Previous experience with event and project management an asset
  • ATS – Exposure to an applicant tracking system (ATS), Workday preferred
  • Detail Oriented, Analytical and performance driven attitude
  • Ability to pay close attention to details and maintain accurate records
  • Professionalism - tactful and diplomatic; demonstrates discretion and business acumen; able to work with diverse personalities and work styles
  • Adaptable – proficient at prioritizing work
  • Communication- Strong English verbal and written skills; effective negotiation skills. Comfortable with public speaking
  • Able to attend events and work outside of core business hours as travel will be required
  • Support overall effectiveness of the business by modeling behavior consistent with company values
  • Well-developed customer relations skills and a commitment to providing quality service
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Canva, Microsoft Forms, PowerPoint and social media experience
