    Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle OFSAA (Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications) Consultant/Analyst to join our team for a Banking/AML (Anti-Money Laundering) project. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in implementing Oracle OFSAA solutions to enhance our AML compliance and risk management capabilities within the banking sector.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Collaborate with business stakeholders, compliance officers, AML analysts, and IT teams to understand requirements and design Oracle OFSAA solutions tailored to meet AML compliance and risk management objectives.
    2. Configure, customize, and implement Oracle OFSAA modules relevant to AML, such as Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Transaction Monitoring (TM), Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR), and Know Your Customer (KYC).
    3. Design and develop data models, data mappings, and ETL processes to integrate data from various sources (transactional systems, customer databases, external data providers) into the Oracle OFSAA platform for AML analysis and reporting.
    4. Implement advanced analytics, rule-based engines, and machine learning algorithms within Oracle OFSAA to identify suspicious activities, detect patterns of money laundering or terrorist financing, and generate alerts for further investigation.
    5. Configure and maintain risk models, scenarios, thresholds, and parameters within Oracle OFSAA to assess AML risks, perform scenario analysis, and calculate risk scores for customers, transactions, and accounts.
    6. Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, and performance tuning to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and scalability of Oracle OFSAA solutions for AML compliance and risk management.
    7. Provide training, support, and documentation to end users, compliance teams, and AML investigators on how to effectively use Oracle OFSAA applications for AML monitoring, detection, investigation, and reporting.
    8. Stay updated on regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and emerging trends in AML compliance, financial crime prevention, and regulatory technology (RegTech), and incorporate this knowledge into Oracle OFSAA solutions.
