    Synopsis:
    The full-stack IT Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing the company's software, hardware, and networks. This individual will have advanced skills in scripting and automation for continuous improvement of system efficiency and reliability.

    This role will also be instrumental in providing troubleshooting support, managing service and network configurations, as well as helpdesk support and providing high-level technical support to all end users.

    Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels of staff are necessary.

    This role aims to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently across all studios.


    Tasks and Responsibilities:
    Install and configure software and hardware.
    Manage network servers and technology tools.
    Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
    Troubleshoot issues and outages.
    Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
    Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
    Field incoming help requests from end-users.
    Record, track, and document the help desk request problem-solving process.
    Document all pertinent end-user identification information and nature of the problem or issue.
    Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
    Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software.
    Manage user accounts and access controls.
    Prioritize and schedule problems, escalating problems to the next level of support.
    Author IT knowledge base articles to assist end-users with self-solutions to problem solve.

    May be required to provide support or assist with various tasks at various skill levels as may be required for project and/or firm success.


    Job Requirements:
    Post-secondary education or degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fieldCertifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, MCSE) are an asset7-9 years of experience in systems administration or network managementExperience with server virtualization, cloud services, and IT security measuresExperience within an architectural office setting is an assetYou Will Need the
