    OEM Account Manager – Motion

    Reporting to the National Sales Director OEM Sales, the OEM Sales Account Manager, targets, coordinates and execute sales strategies for the Original Equipment Manufacturers Segment to meet and exceed sales targets by creating added value for the customer and ABB, with a clear focus on increasing market share, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

    Promote the sales of Variable Frequency Drives and Electric Motors within the scope of OEMS in different Market segments, such as HVAC, COG, Food & Beverage, Water & Wastewater etc.

    Leading the development and implementation of the account plan and growth actions for Major OEM Accounts.
    Create, implement, and execute sales and account strategy to meet and exceed regional sales targets for OEMS.
    Monitoring, market trend and competitor activity and ensuring appropriate action is taken.
    Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels with key customers as well as market influencers.

    Develop and support synergies with other ABB business lines and develop joint pursuits to leverage existing ABB customer relationships.

    Account management.
    Ensures that the major accounts in the segments are identified and prioritized.

    Maps market requirements and opportunities to actions for ABB and coordinates with Divisions, Sales units, and other relevant teams (such as Group/Strategic Account teams, and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) teams) to implement these.

    Identify, map, convert and onboard new OEM account in BC and Alberta.
    Eng, Electrical Motor with experience in technical selling is an asset.
    Proven track record in sales, strategic business development (10 years+).
    Demonstrated experience in management of customer accounts and sales strategy.
    Knowledge and experience with CRM platforms, SalesForce.
    A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong communication and customer relationship-building skills.
