    ASIC Verification Intern

    Ottawa, Canada

    Responsibilities

    Work as part of a world class ASIC Verification team, building leading edge chips for the Coherent Optical telecom market.

    Requirements

    Enrolled in Electrical/Computer Engineering program at a Canadian university.

    Strong problem-solving skills

    Strong working knowledge/experience of Python and/or other programming/scripting language

    Good verbal/written communication skills and teamwork

    Completed courses or previous work in ASIC design an asset

    Knowledge of Synopsys Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools an asset

    Knowledge of Verilog or System Verilog an asset

    Knowledge of machine learning and/or neural networks may be an asset
