- Ensure precise daily time entry for hourly employees within the service department
- Assist Customer Service Advisors in overseeing service processes and communicating with customers
- Initiate Maintenance Customer Orders
- Compile and dispatch invoices to customers upon completion of work
- Ensuring precise and timely coding of accounts payable, expense reports, time-sheet entries, attendance, and vacation time records
- Ensuring accurate and punctual submission of national safety code logs
- Facilitating the Service work-in-progress process and identifying aging work orders
- Vigilantly monitoring near misses and promptly reporting incidents within the branch
- Post-secondary education in office administration, business, or a related discipline is highly advantageous
- Exceptional proficiency in computer skills is mandatory
- Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to excel with minimal supervision are essential
- Profound organizational abilities, adept prioritization, and excellent time management skills are imperative
- Superior verbal and written communication skills are a necessity
