    Description
    Estimator & Project Co-Ordinator

    Harbinger Network has partnered with a leader in high-quality, beautiful and functional building materials selected from across the globe by product experts.

    The Estimator & Project Co-ordinator will be responsible for submitting project estimates, and once awarded, overseeing the processing of colour charts, purchasing and billing.

    Collaborate with the Lead estimator and assist with contract bids for low rise and high-rise projects
    Conduct detailed review and analysis of projects to ensure all areas of work are clearly defined
    pricing extras as requested by builders, create billing charts for builders
    Ensure all documentation is consistently updated throughout the project life cycle (change orders/requests etc.)
    Resolve any issues or discrepancies (with the builders) that are brought up by site supers
    Prepare billing schedule for A/R


    • Initiate/create new projects in SAGE, as needed
    Review projects to ensure materials/labour are accurately allocated for final job costing.
    Blue beam software for take off of plans
    Excel spreadsheets medium to high level


    Asset:
    Background in tile trade / construction industry
    Accpac/SAGE software
