    Description

    Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire a Change Manager , for an initial 12-month contract.

    This role is hybrid in nature with the office located in downtown Toronto.

    Lead high-level cross-functional change projects, major change programs, or multiple work streams within large programs
    Collaborate with business sponsors and stakeholders to produce project charters and ensure commitment to goals
    Deploy change tools effectively to drive adoption of new behaviors and ensure successful change implementation
    Define change plan milestones, deliverables, and assignments, and manage them to completion
    Develop and facilitate organizational change work, including change readiness, communication development, talent management, leadership alignment, learning/training, and change implementation and reinforcement plan

    Bachelor's degree in business, management, HR, MIS, operations with 5-7 years of hands-on experience in people change management, including strategy development and execution
    Experience in leading high-level cross-functional change projects or major change programs
    Proficiency in defining change plan milestones, managing assignments, and ensuring project outcomes
    Skilled in facilitating organizational change readiness, communication development, talent management, and leadership alignment

    PROSCI certification would be an asset
