    Description

    Based in downtown Toronto, this established law firm is actively seeking a Billing Coordinator to join their firm on a permanent basis.

    This role calls for 1+ year of experience in a legal accounting capacity combined with a solid understanding of Aderant or 3E.

    Your main responsibilities include preparing client accounts in a timely manner by preparing reports, creating prebills on-demand, and assisting with special billing requests.

    Responding to and resolving queries about the billing process, invoices, billing templates, and billing issues.

    This position would be suitable for someone with a minimum of 1 year of billing experience in a legal or professional firm.
