    Who are you?

    Are you a born salesperson with a strategic mindset? Do you always think in terms of a win-win strategy, partnerships, and customer journeys? Keep on reading because we are looking for a Key Account Manager to strengthen our North America team. Are you ready to build partnerships and are you passionate about developing them? While uniting our North American team you will help build and expand our local presence within an international B2B environment. As a Key Account Manager, you will assist our clients in growing their business by offering them a complete eco-system of products, software, machines and services. This is where we make the difference. You are preferably based in the greater Toronto area and willing to join the team in the office 3 days a week (Vaughan). However, we will consider remote candidates across Canada. You must be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.

    What do you do?

    You will be responsible for Business Development and expansion of the customer network as well as the Reynaers partner network.

    You are responsible for sales activities and the achievement of sales targets in your region.

    You'll have the responsibility for identifying market opportunities and monitoring trends.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
    • Strong communication and education skills.
    • 3-5 years experience in the fenestration / building cladding business or relevant industries
    • Fluency in English and Spanish or French as a second language is a plus.
    • Proficiency MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Willingness to travel frequently domestically (USA and Canada) and a few times a year to Europe
