Who We Are
About the Role
The Program Manager provides leadership to the selected student cohort and for the development, implementation, and operation of the Uggla Family Scholarship program. The role will be responsible for building authentic relationships with each Scholar and ensure Scholars feel supported during their time in the program at SFU and later as an alum of the Uggla Family Scholarship program. Through consultation and in collaboration with multiple pan-university units and stakeholders, this role also manages all aspects of the program, including, but not limited to, annual recruitment, supporting the selection committee and process, admissions, student enrollment, and financial administration. The Program Manager works closely with Advancement and Alumni Engagement senior leadership to provide donor stewardship, including reporting, and occasionally liaises with the donor to manage engagement activities and to realize program vision for SFU and the global alumni network of Uggla Family Scholars.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology or a relevant discipline and four years of related work experience with exceptional relationship management and service delivery for diverse stakeholders, collaborative program development, project management and experience working directly with equity-deserving populations or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
