Description
ComAp INC, the Heart of Smart Control, is looking for communicative, friendly, and well-organized individual who will become a part of our growing team. As an Office Manager, you will become an integral member of a dynamic and supportive team. You will be working closely with colleagues from the sales, operations and technical teams to support the Canada region.
Your daily work will include the following:
· Process customer orders and respond to inquiries as necessary including quoting and sending required documents
· Follow establish guidelines to process Orders within Microsoft ERP system
· Place Purchase Orders and coordinate delivery for stock and customer delivery
· Maintain inventory including accuracy of counts and location of products
· Receive and post order receipts
· Fulfill customer orders, including invoicing
· Manage contract and price negotiations with 3rd party suppliers
· Shipping and receiving of orders
· Support US inside sales as required
· Communicate with TSUP regarding warranties and processes
What we expect from you:
· 3-5 Years in a similar role
· Ability to navigate and function within an ERP/CRM system
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Advanced organization skills
· Ability to travel, both domestic and internationally
· Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers/stakeholders.
· Flexibility to respond to changing business needs
· Knowledge of AP/AR processes and responsibilities
