Join Our Team as a Procurement Specialist

Our valued government client is in search of a Procurement Specialist to join their team.

Qualifications:

Possess a University degree in Engineering or Science from a recognized academic institution.
Hold either a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Projects in Controlled Environments (PRINCE2) Practitioner certification.
Obtain Canadian Risk Management (CRM) certification or a Project Management Institute (PMI-RMP) certification.
Demonstrate at least five (5) years of experience in the past ten (10) years conducting risk assessments on scientific equipment.
Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the past ten (10) years as a Project Manager.
Author a minimum of three (3) decision documents for executive approval, including briefing notes, letters, memoranda, proposed budgets, or bid packages submitted for approval to individuals holding the position of director or higher.

Language Requirements:

Bilingual proficiency in French.

Contract duration: 3 years (with a possibility of a 2-year extension).

Work Location: Gatineau, QC
