    Job Description:

    Manage Visual Merchandising execution at the Halo Store, create and implement innovative retail theatre and consistent flawless execution of Global brand standards.

    Drive sales increases and KPI's through execution of VM/In Store Communication (ISC) directives.

    Job Responsibilities:
    Support the delivery of exceptional consumer experience tailored to the Brand Halo through ensuring outstanding execution of global brand and retail operational standards as it relates to the designated area of responsibility

    Ensures all windows and ISC are presented to a high standard including mannequin dressing and positioning, lighting direction, cleanliness, steaming and price communication.

    Lead the execution of all visual merchandising initiatives with planning and implementation guidelines. Drive flawless execution as the cross-functional lead with merchandising, sourcing, store development and store and field operations.
    Drives sales and manages execution of merchandise placement.

    Track implementation of visual merchandising guidelines and provide feedback to Senior Store Manager, DTC Marketing Team and Director of Merchandising.

    Positively communicates and demonstrates the Brand values, attitude and culture.

    Demonstrates ownership of own stores' performance by monitoring the allocation of resources and organizes processes to drive profitability in a variety of situations and market conditions.

    Develop floor plans/VM plans in concert with merchandising team to optimize sales per square foot and create a compelling consumer Brand journey.

    Ensure compliance with legal and safety guidelines in overall management of store and associates.
    Train and develop VM team on all Global standards for consistent flawless execution.
    Support a best-in-class environment within retail fleet which provides acceptance, education and awareness on all topics related to diversity, equity and inclusion
    Supports and coaches store team to understand ability to increase store profitability through Visual Merchandising.


    Job Requirements:
    ~ Ability to make recommendations that effectively resolve problems by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, and procedures
    ~ Ability to use critical thinking and creative ways to solve problems
    ~ Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends, evenings and statutory holidays. Also able to work extra hours during peak sales periods which include, but are not limited to, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, and Back-to-School.
    ~ Passion for adidas brand and for sport
    ~ Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints
    ~ Demonstrated leadership experience within retail industry
    ~ Experience in managing high level retail image and delivering consumer in-store experience
    ~ Strong ability to collaborate and influence across different levels and departments
    ~ Proficient with MS applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other computer software (Internet, POS Systems, etc)
    ~ Open to feedback; able to keep composure in stressful situations
    ~ English fluent (speaking, reading, writing) and fluency in another language is highly desirable
    ~ Proven Passion for visual merchandising.
    ~1-3 years of fashion retail management experience with a leading global brand
    ~ Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through multiple lines of communication including verbal & written formats
    ~ Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
    ~ Proficient retail knowledge – operational and selling skills.
    ~ While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 12 kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 34 kg.
