    Technical Sales Representative - Commercial Building Envelope

    Industry: Manufacturing - Building Materials
    Location: Vancouver Territory, overseeing Commercial Division
    Compensation: 75K + Comm + RRSP + Full paid Benefits + Car allowance and Fuel

    Our client is a leading manfuacturing company of high-quality building materials, specializing in innovative solutions for commercial roofing and insulation. They pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.

    Position Overview:

    We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Posi-slope. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insulation, commercial roofing, tampered roofing, or similar products within the building materials industry.

    As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by developing and maintaining relationships with architects, tier 2 and 3 contractors, and other key stakeholders in the commercial industry. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise, offering product recommendations, and assisting customers in selecting the right solutions to meet their specific needs.

    In this role, you will collaborate closely with our estimation team to prepare accurate and competitive quotes, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. You will also be responsible for closing sales and achieving sales targets, while staying updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

    The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
