    NOTE:
    This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position.

    As a Senior Quality Assurance professional at our company, you will take a leadership role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications and systems.

    Working closely with our development, Salesforce, and support teams, you will drive the testing strategy, mentor junior QA team members, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes.

    Lead and define the testing strategy, approach, and best practices for software projects.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and understand project requirements and develop comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts.
    Oversee and participate in the creation and execution of test plans, cases, and scripts.
    Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing to identify defects and ensure software quality.
    Analyze and document software issues and bugs, effectively communicating them to relevant stakeholders.
    Conduct exploratory testing to identify usability and user experience issues.
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
    Extensive experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on testing complex applications and systems (ideally 7+ years)
    Strong knowledge of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices
    Proven experience in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts
    Solid understanding of functional, regression, and integration testing techniques
    Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor and guide junior team members
    Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite

    Bonus:
    Experience with test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Cypress, or TestNG
