    Job Description:
    We are looking for an Insurance Compliance Officer to join our team in Ottawa.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company's insurance policies and procedures are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.


    Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and review insurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
    • Monitor and review insurance claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
    • Provide advice and guidance to management on insurance compliance matters.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management on insurance compliance matters.
    • Maintain records of insurance compliance activities.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in insurance compliance.
    • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to insurance compliance.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
