- Campaign Development and Execution: Lead the creation and execution of end-to-end campaigns tailored to different economic buyers and industry themes.
- Collaboration: Strong program management and work closely with various teams (e.g. Markets, Service Tower, Alliance, Marketing) to ensure a timely, cohesive and effective execution of campaigns.
- Adaptability: Comfortably navigate and thrive in uncertain environments, making proactive decisions to drive campaign success and achieve targets.
- Initiative: Utilize a high degree of initiative to explore and implement innovative strategies in collaboration with other teams.
- Performance Measurement: Regularly assess campaign effectiveness, and report on results with a focus on pipeline generation and enterprise engagement.
- Continuous Improvement: Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and past campaigns.
- Experience in managing campaigns for B2B and enterprise buyers.
- Strong program management experience working with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed organization to achieve campaign objectives.
- Proven experience in leading demand generation and sales campaigns with a focus on B2B and large enterprise clients.
- Strong program and project management experience with proven experience with managing senior executive stakeholders.
- Proven track record in generating significant pipeline through demand generation campaigns.
- Exceptional analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness through achievement of pipeline generation and sales target.
- Ability to translate complex managed services strategies into successful campaigns.
- Good business acumen to understand complex problems faced by Canada's leading organizations.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and innovative thinking.
- Strong written communication to draft content for campaigns working with various teams.
