    Account Manager - Mental Health are the direct point of contact for EHN Canada's contractual and strategic partnerships when referring a client, patient, or employee. The account manager assists during treatment to ensure referents are receiving high quality communication and content on client progress and discharge plans in order for referents and stakeholders to resume care effectively post-treatment. The Account Manager engages in proactive customer service initiatives to anticipate referent needs in efforts to retain and enhance business relationships.

    Responsibilities :

  • Reception of inquiry and referrals from assigned corporate partnerships.
  • Admission planning and preparation.
  • Establish referent expectations during treatment.
  • Establish communication/reporting requirements for all stakeholders, as applicable
  • Facilitate phone screening assessments with client and all preparatory clinical and administrative tasks and treatment planning while liaising with referent throughout the process.
  • Prepare interdisciplinary team with client profile and communicate treatment plan highlighting referent needs.
  • Conduct regular chart audits to ensure adherence to treatment plans and referent communication.
  • Proactively ensure clinical team has completed discharge summary on time.
  • Provide any information of value to BD Account owner.
  • Accompany BD managers to in-person/virtual meetings or presentations, as necessary.
  • Act as a customer service representative to referents for feedback, concerns, complaints and navigate accordingly
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree is an asset.
  • Experience in account management
  • Clinical experience and/or sales experience is an asset.
  • Strong communication, relationship building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of healthcare and/or addiction industry preferred.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Clinical experience and/or sales experience preferred.
