    docbraces has a new, exciting full-time opportunity We are expanding and are now looking forone Bilingual (English/French) Call Center Agent to join our Fredericton, NB team.

    CanadianOrthodontic Partners support a national network of community-based clinics in deliveringpersonalized Orthodontic treatment. We provide an enhanced level of patient care and serviceexperience in our clinics putting patient care above all else.

    • Fluency in English and French is a requirement for this position.
    • This position is Monday to Friday, with day and afternoon shifts between 8:00am to9:00pm.

    Wages:
    Bilingual French/English - $18/hr

    • This position is an in-office role, based out of the Fredericton Call Centre

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Place outbound follow-up calls to warm sales leads in a consistent and professionalmanner.
    • Receive calls from prospective patients via telephone to help them book theirconsultation appointment
    • Contact prospective patients who have requested a consultation appointment online
    • Communicate to patients about our benefits, and values in order to schedule theconsult.
    • Explain what their first consult will entail
    • Reschedule patient consultation if there is a conflict
    • Working with computer patient management system: look up information, data entry,appointment scheduling
    • Navigate and update multiple online tools and applications.
    • Act as an advocate for our services and business model.
    • Identify and overcome objections and concerns.
    • Provide great customer experience that will exceed callers' expectations

    Requirements:

    • Contact Centre background preferred
    • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns,and overcome objections
    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
    • Possess typing speed/accuracy
    • Have the ability to achieve targets as required
    • Effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced businessenvironment
    • Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop arapport with customers over the phone.
    • Ability to learn and navigate computer software quickly.
