- Post secondary education in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution is required, preferably in a business-related discipline, for example, Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or any other related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably working as a Performance Marketing Manager in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience with lead nurturing, email marketing, web analytics, and marketing automation.
- Experience in Display, Paid Social, Paid Search, and programmatic is strongly preferred. As well as experience conducting data-driven tracking for campaign performance and providing insight to stakeholders.
- Proficient working with Google Analytics, Adwords tools and social media advertising platforms, for example, TikTok Facebook, and Instagram.
- Proficient in Ms Excel, Ms Word, and PowerPoint and other online marketing channels and interactions such as CRM, SEO, and SEM.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines when working on multiple projects and stay composed in stressful or uncertain situations.
- 4 weeks' vacation.

About the role
Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Regular Full-timeSenior Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Marketing & Partnership Development team.
The Marketing & Partnership Development team is responsible for supporting the marketing requirements and for executing corporate strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for developing creative programs, plans, content and services that supports the execution of Canadian Blood Services' business goals as well as becoming a brand ambassador for the organization. You will provide strategic advice on the development of approaches and tactical plans to deliver on marketing objectives, incorporating various platforms/channels, advises leadership on marketing issues and leads the development of the marketing strategy, while ensuring accuracy and consistency of messages across the organization.
As the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving development and execution of growth strategies for all product lines/brand across all marketing channels. You will report directly to the Associate Director, Marketing Strategy and Activation. This position is best suited for an individual who has worked in both offline and online marketing acquisition and growth positions and who has a strong passion for taking on the challenge of combining channel performance data, behavioral insights, and media innovation into winning campaigns.
