    Job Description Summary:

    As a Sales Specialist for WIN SOURCE, you will play a crucial role in driving market growth and optimizing procurement chains for high-quality electronic parts. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, developing effective sales strategies, and overseeing the entire sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    • Engage with customers, delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and surpass sales targets.
    • Oversee the entire sales process from initiation to closure.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong communication and customer service skills.
    • Prior experience in sales and sales management is advantageous.
    • Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
    • A background in technology is a valuable asset.
    • Possesses an existing client network or connections (preferred).

    Required Qualifications (for the Sales Specialist role):

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience within the sales industry/electronic parts industry
    • Ability to work FULL-TIME

    Preferred Characteristics:

    • Fluent in English + other languages
    • Prior work experience ideally (minimum of 2 years of experience) with electronic parts products
    • Strong individual worker, work ethic, and commitment to the job
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
    • Ability to interact & function cooperatively with multiple stakeholders and customers
