    Description

    The Sales Bid Coordinator acts as an extension of the Sales team to manage RFQ's required to be completed in the respective region.

    After reviewing the incoming requests, they will generate the bFO opportunities in the CRM tool and coordinate with Sales Bid Specialists to start the quotation process.

    In alignment with the Sales Strategy, they manage the pricing approval along with any special delivery needs required at the quotation stage, preparing the package for communication back to the requestors.

    As part of the Sales triage, they will provide recommendations to the Sales team on desirable/less desirable RFQ's and how those should be satisfied.

    The Sales Bid Coordinator is an integral part of the Sales team, they will work with the Sales Bid Specialist to manage the RFQ process from entry onto Schneider to providing the quotation information to the Sales Bid Specialist.

    Recently graduated with a technical Degree/diploma in electrical discipline
