    Job Title: Operations Manager


    Location: Pickering, Ontario (Hybrid work option available)

    Position Overview:

    Reporting directly to the VP of the company, the Operations Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations across multiple sectors of the business.

    The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and possess exceptional organizational skills.

    This individual will oversee the project coordinators and order entry team, ensuring that processes are efficiently executed to deliver outstanding service to our clients.


    Responsibilities:
    Oversee and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    Oversee project Co Ordinator Group and Design Service teams.
    Manage and mentor project coordinators and order entry team members to ensure high performance and team cohesion.
    Run reports and provide insights to the VP to facilitate strategic decision-making and overall operational improvements.
    Utilize interior design knowledge to support project execution and client satisfaction.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance customer experience.
    Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
    Provide support to the VP in various operational tasks as required.


    Requirements:
    Operations Management, Interior Design, or related field.
    Proven experience in an operations role, preferably within the furniture industry.
    Strong understanding of operating systems such as Oracle or similar platforms.
    Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
    Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
    Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    Experience as a Project Manager, Executive Assistant, or Coordinator will also be considered.
    Canadian residency or valid work permit.
