    Overnight .Mon-Fri 12am-8amKEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESFunctioning as a core member of the Support team and reporting to theCustomer Service Coordinator the Customer Service Representative will:Be the first line of communication for our customers, as such apositive attitude and "can do" attitude are paramountGreet customers warmly and make every customer feel like they are ournumber one clientEnsure client's expectations are met, resolving issues quickly,and being proactive with client needs and requirementsResolve service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint;expediting correction or adjustment; followingup to ensure resolutionPlace, follow up and close work/supply orders according to establishedproceduresKeep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customersPrepare service reports by collecting and analyzing customerinformationBuild and maintain relationships with new and existing accountsIdentify trends and patterns of client issues or work systems, initiateimprovement or escalate to appropriate personProvide general administrative and reception backup supportWork as a team player with fellow staff members to optimizeproductivityRepresent the company and what we stand forOther duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE & SKILLSDemonstrated customer service skillsBilingual – English and French a mustAbility to communicate effectively verbally and in written format withboth internal and external stakeholders at all levelsProfessional, courteous, approachable manner with a"can-do" attitudeGood computer/data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft OfficeSoftwareAbility to work in a fast paced environment to accomplish multiplegoalsExcellent time management and problem solving skills/ must adhere totight deadlines/respond quickly to situations/be able to effectivelyexecute solutionsSelf-disciplined and accountable with strong interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as a teamAbility to multi-task, prioritize work effectively and meet multipledeadlinesEffective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracyDemonstrated ability to deal with change, make decisions and implementcreative solutionsPost-secondary education in a related field or commensurate workexperiencePast customer service and/or sales experience is preferredBGIS SCS is an equal opportunity employer and we welcome you to applyfor a position with us Upon request for accommodation, wewill consult with the applicant in question and provide, or arrange for theprovision of, a suitable accommodation in a manner that takes into accountthe applicant's accessibility needs due to disability
