Responsibilities:

Promptly addressing customer inquiries via email, chats and phone.
Skillfully managing customer concerns and complaints.
Guiding new clients through updates, discounts, payment methods, and other company-related matters.
Delivering top-notch support to our valued existing customers.

Skills & Requirements:

Exceptional fluency in English.
A background in customer support or call center operations (a bonus, but not mandatory).
A keen ear for active listening.
A knack for analytical thinking and problem-solving.
