Are you a motivated individual looking for an Account Support Representative role?
We are seeking an ASR who can contribute to the client retention strategy and success of our Occupational Health portfolio.
As part of the TELUS Health Care Centres team, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with new clients and to support sales efforts across Canada.
TELUS Health Care Centres is a national network of medical professionals dedicated to improving patient outcomes and promoting wellness.
As an Occupational Health ASR, you will play a vital role in protecting organizations' most valuable asset - their people.
You will work closely with our team to help reduce the risk of injury, improve safety standards, and support the well-being of employees.
You will become a subject matter expert in Occupational Health and Safety, working closely with our Product, Marketing, Operations, and Sales teams to deliver effective solutions and retain and generate revenue.
Continue to develop an understanding of Occupational Health and Safety, including operationsMaintain knowledge and expertise in our Occupational Health portfolio, processes, capacity, and relevant legislations
Collaborate with medical personnel to help build the solutions for our clients
Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our risk prevention solutions
Respond to customer inquiries regarding TELUS Health's occupational health services and collaborate with customers to establish protocols that meet their needs while respecting relevant legislations
Provide new sales opportunities in collaboration with account managers
Make a good first impression on current customers by simplifying technical concepts for a non-technical audience
Handle the creation and tracking of sales opportunities via the CRM tool in collaboration with account managers
Work closely with sales support teams to facilitate the integration and implementation of new agreements
Research accounts to facilitate agreement renewals and review of different services
Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, quotations, contracts, and supporting documentation
Collaborate with account Sales Managers and cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Operations Managers, Marketing, and Partners) to deliver value to our clients
Previous experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an occupational health-related mandate
Good understanding of Occupational Health
Strong execution planning skills, including the ability to assess situations, create strategies, and ensure successful completion
Experience in the medical field, dealing with medical personnel
English written and spoken
Bilingual, both written and spoken (French/English)
Previous experience in the Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) industry
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Suite tools
