    Are you a motivated individual looking for an Account Support Representative role?

    We are seeking an ASR who can contribute to the client retention strategy and success of our Occupational Health portfolio. As part of the TELUS Health Care Centres team, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with new clients and to support sales efforts across Canada.

As an Occupational Health ASR, you will play a vital role in protecting organizations' most valuable asset - their people. You will work closely with our team to help reduce the risk of injury, improve safety standards, and support the well-being of employees.

    This is an exciting sales role that offers a balance of autonomy and collaboration. You will become a subject matter expert in Occupational Health and Safety, working closely with our Product, Marketing, Operations, and Sales teams to deliver effective solutions and retain and generate revenue. We will provide you with coaching, resources, and a supportive culture where you can thrive and grow.

    Here's what you'll do:

    • Continue to develop an understanding of Occupational Health and Safety, including operations
    • Maintain knowledge and expertise in our Occupational Health portfolio, processes, capacity, and relevant legislations
    • Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skills to prioritize plans and address client needs
    • Collaborate with medical personnel to help build the solutions for our clients
    • Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our risk prevention solutions
    • Contact customers to work collaboratively with them to renew their contractual agreements
    • Respond to customer inquiries regarding TELUS Health's occupational health services and collaborate with customers to establish protocols that meet their needs while respecting relevant legislations
    • Provide new sales opportunities in collaboration with account managers
    • Make a good first impression on current customers by simplifying technical concepts for a non-technical audience
    • Handle the creation and tracking of sales opportunities via the CRM tool in collaboration with account managers
    • Work closely with sales support teams to facilitate the integration and implementation of new agreements
    • Manage presentations to clients
    • Research accounts to facilitate agreement renewals and review of different services
    • Meet and exceed sales objectives to generate revenue growth
    • Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, quotations, contracts, and supporting documentation
    • Collaborate with account Sales Managers and cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Operations Managers, Marketing, and Partners) to deliver value to our clients

    Qualifications

    You are the perfect fit if you have:

    • Previous experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an occupational health-related mandate
    • Good understanding of Occupational Health
    • Strong execution planning skills, including the ability to assess situations, create strategies, and ensure successful completion
    • Experience in the medical field, dealing with medical personnel
    • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with different teams
    • English written and spoken

    Great-to-haves:

    • Bilingual, both written and spoken (French/English)
    • Previous experience in the Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) industry
    • Knowledge of solution selling methodologies
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Suite tools

    Salary Range: $48,000-$72,000

    Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: $15,000-30,000

    Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
