    Social Media Coordinator

    Industry : Hospitality
    Location : Greater Toronto Area

    About the Role :
    Join our client's marketing team as a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing the company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

    What You Will Do:

  • Foster our online community by engaging with followers and managing user-generated content.
  • Lead social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and sales.
  • Analyze social media metrics for strategic planning and improvement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to integrate social strategies with broader marketing efforts.
  • Keep abreast of the latest in social media trends and technologies.
  • Engage with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our social reach.
  • Manage the Brand Merchandise program alongside Brand Managers.
  • Participate in and support cross-functional projects.
    • What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong customer service skills with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • 2+ years of social media management, including community engagement and moderation.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data analysis.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented, with a knack for accuracy and problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
