    About the Role

    We are looking for a highly motivated and dependable Team Assistant to support our Canadian office and the broader L&H Americas teams. You will support on travel and expenses, collaborate closely with stakeholders on all management levels, organize internal and external events and take pride in high quality output.

    About the Team

    The DOO & Assistants L&H Americas team is part of the global L&H Business Advisory team, tasked with supporting & enabling both the Market Units and the Central Units while coordinating with Risk Management and the Group Functions. We connect, enable, and execute to ensure the overall success of L&H Reinsurance.

    About You

    Are you a proactive professional who is passionate about working independently on a variety of office managerial duties and know how to make sure things run smoothly and are prioritized properly? Then you could be the one

    Essentials

    • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in providing team administrative support, data analytical, and event coordination
    • Strong organizational, interpersonal communication skills working across a broad range of stakeholders (including senior managers/executives)
    • Strong skill set in using the Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel & Word) level at intermediate to advance. Experience with TEAMs, SharePoint and Slido functionality is desired
    • Understanding of the re/insurance industry, including functional process/activities would be an asset
    • Have a growth mindset with willingness to take on more responsibilities for professional advancement
    • Agile with a "can-do" attitude and thinking 'outside the box' to support delivery of the best solutions to fit circumstances, self-motivated and good attention to detail
