    Job Description:
    We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our team in Toronto.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the project team, ensuring that all project activities are completed on time and within budget.


    The Project Administrator will be responsible for:

    • Assisting with the development and implementation of project plans
    • Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to the project team
    • Coordinating project activities and ensuring that deadlines are met
    • Preparing project reports and presentations
    • Assisting with the preparation of project budgets
    • Liaising with stakeholders and external vendors
    • Ensuring that project documentation is up to date
    • Providing administrative support to the project team

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • A degree in project management or a related field
    • At least 3 years of experience in a project administration role
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Knowledge of project management software
