    Sales Support Coordinator, Specialty - Ottawa

    Sales Support Coordinator

    Reports to:
    Senior Director, Specialty


    Type:
    Full-Time Permanent


    Benefits:

    Collaborate with finance manager to create and maintain sales reports

    • Subject matter expert for Pronto (ERP) as it relates to Specialty and setting up new accounts
    • Coordinate new stocked items and inventory requests and maintain equipment inventory tracker
    • SalesForce (CRM) data mining to drive business insights
    • Maintain SharePoint files
    • Support the creation of sales documents and presentations to help the sales team with prospecting opportunities
    • Execute social media strategy
    • Roles and responsibilities can be expanded to accommodate changing business conditions and goals to meet corporate objectives
    • Hybrid role, 2 days / week in office
    Completion of Post- Secondary Education in an Administrative or related field of study

    • Minimum 3 years of experience with administrative procedures and office duties
    • Minimum 3 years in a customer service role, in healthcare sector preferred
    • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting high functioning sales teams
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
    • Ability to time manage, remain organized, and prioritize work
    • Committed to deliver excellent internal and external customer service
