    Please note that this position will be partially remote and requires to be based in Toronto or GTA (Canada).

    Your Role at Echo

    Join our dynamic team as a remote Account Executive focusing on the North American market, where you'll be an integral part of our small NA Sales Team, yet stay seamlessly connected to our Paris-based sales organisation of over 30 professionals.

    Our common goal is to build and nurture successful relationships with prospects and close new business.

    As a key player, you'll treat your assigned territory as your own business, nurturing strong relationships to achieve and surpass revenue goals.

    In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Head of North American Sales (based in Toronto) to develop and execute effective strategies, contributing to the growth and success of our NA market presence.

    As such, your main responsibilities will be:

    Promote Echo datasets and insights as they relate to the customer's needs
    Deliver value to our prospects and customers
    Convert leads to opportunities
    Manage complex sales cycles
    Deliver on quarterly revenue targets
    Attend conferences and events
    You'll be able to achieve this by:

    Building strong relationships and gaining a deep understanding of our clients' needs
    Using a consultative selling approach to propose value-added solutions and help clients optimise their business
    Strategically negotiating deals that are mutually-beneficial and deliver maximum revenue
    Working closely with Sales Development Representatives to manage complex sales discussions and grow the pipeline
    Using sales forecasting methods in order to plan sales pipelines
    Working cross-functionally to bring new ideas to the table and continue to fuel the Echo offerings with more unique datasets and points of interest

    What we're looking for:
    Minimum 3 years sales experience in a B2B environment
    Strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals
    Proficiency in negotiating contracts that benefit all parties.
    Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset
    Interest in data and complex products


    Bonus:
    Experience working booths at events
    Preference for working in a start-up environment
