    Role: Region Director of Sales

    As the Region Director of Sales at XPO, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and development of various solutions, such as expedited, international/offshore, and premium offerings. Your key tasks will include:

    • Leading sales efforts in the assigned region and guiding Account Executives
    • Supporting revenue and profit growth within the region
    • Training and mentoring new and existing Account Executives
    • Staying informed about the industry landscape and competition
    • Using reporting tools to track progress and collaborate on strategies
    • Developing customer relationships and organizing events to boost revenue
    • Fostering communication among teams and driving collaboration
    • Managing pricing initiatives and escalations
    • Conducting regular reviews and addressing challenges to ensure growth

    Salary Ranges

    Colorado: $148,946 to $186,183
    New York: $156,039 to $195,048
    Washington: $156,039 to $195,048
    California: $163,131 to $203,914

    Note: Actual compensation may vary based on experience and qualifications.

    In addition to base salary, employees may qualify for bonuses and incentive awards.
