    Description
    This Development Officer is responsible for leading the growth and integrity of MSF Canada's Mid-Level Donorcampaign of individuals and family foundations donating between $5,000 and $9,999 per year.     MSF Canada est à la recherche d'un/une chargé ou chargée du développement, dons de niveau intermédiaire pour notre équipe des collectes de fonds qui:
    Travail avec le responsable des dons principaux et l'équipe de marketing de masse pour créer, suivre et améliorer les stratégies, les processus et les rapports de fidélisation des donateurs et donatrices de niveau intermédiaire au Canada qui donnent annuellement entre 5 000 $ et 9 999 $
    Avoir de l'expérience en développement, de préférence dans la collecte de fonds, les dons principaux, ou avec des bailleurs de fonds multilatéraux/bilatéraux
    Avoir de l'expérience confirmée des programmes Microsoft Office, des CRM (p. ex., Raiser's Edge), des outils de gestion de projet (p. La culture de bureau positive et innovante de MSF Canada est fondée sur des valeurs fondamentales d'humanité, d'intégrité et de résultats. Un modèle de travail hybride (40 % dans les bureaux de MSF Canada et jusqu'à 60 % de travail à domicile)
