    Description

    Overview:

    The Inside Sales Representative works with customers to determine their needs, provide solutions, and ensure a smooth sale and delivery process. They respond to customers' questions, demonstrate products, and process orders.

    Salary: Full time 40+ Hours per week - $24.50 per hour (Monday-Friday)

    Responsibilities:
  • Initiate outbound sales calls to potential clients to identify and qualify leads.
  • Cultivate and nurture client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Assess client needs and propose customized solutions to address their requirements.
  • Exceed sales targets by employing effective negotiation techniques and closing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using our CRM system.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and product knowledge to articulate value propositions to clients effectively.
    • Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in inside sales or a comparable role.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and closing techniques.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Assist in shipping, receiving, general inventory, and merchandising tasks.
  • Stay updated on products, their applications, competitive pricing, and emerging market trends.
  • Handle a high volume of calls, responding to upwards of calls daily.
  • Engage in continuous learning by attending educational workshops to maintain professional and technical knowledge.
  • Knowledge of BisTrack software is an asset.
