    Our client, a leading marble and granite design and installation company, is looking for a Full-time Office Administrator to join their team. This role is essential for their daily operations.

    Position: Office Administrator

    Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

    Location: Concord, ON (Hwy 400 & hwy7)

    Client: marble & granite design and installation company

    Salary: $50,000 - $60,000/year + benefits + 3 weeks vacation

    Responsibilities

    • Support the day-to-day operations of a marble and granite design and installation company, overseeing showroom, workshop, and office activities
    • Handle general administrative tasks including managing phone inquiries and processing invoices
    • Manage office supplies and assets inventory
    • Implement new administrative procedures and ensure adherence to existing ones
    • Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence for management

    Required Experience

    • 5+ years of office coordination experience
    • Experience in AP/AR functions
    • 1+ year of using Sage or QuickBooks software
    • Background in construction or related industries is a plus
    • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
    • Organized and reliable

    Computer Skills

    • Proficient in MS Outlook and Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Previous experience with Accounts Payable and Receivable software
