- Support the day-to-day operations of a marble and granite design and installation company, overseeing showroom, workshop, and office activities
- Handle general administrative tasks including managing phone inquiries and processing invoices
- Manage office supplies and assets inventory
- Implement new administrative procedures and ensure adherence to existing ones
- Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence for management
- 5+ years of office coordination experience
- Experience in AP/AR functions
- 1+ year of using Sage or QuickBooks software
- Background in construction or related industries is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Organized and reliable
- Proficient in MS Outlook and Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience with Accounts Payable and Receivable software
