    Position Overview
    As an Innovation Manager, reporting to the Senior Manager Innovation Marketing in the Innovation and Lifecycle Marketing organization, you will join an agile group leading the development of growth strategies across Autodesk, including product-led growth (PLG). Our team works across functional and technical organizations within Autodesk to identify, propose, test, and mature break-through go-to-market capabilities that deliver business growth and customer value. A crucial part of your role will be to develop relationships across our product portfolio, with a focus on incubation teams, and identify areas of partnership. To do this, you will work alongside data analysts to understand each team's business, and where PLG can support their business targets. To be successful, you will leverage your business acumen, ability to interpret data, and create plans to help various teams drive towards shared outcomes.
    We are hybrid and remote friendly. We come onsite when needed for meaningful meetings.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the strategy for PLG in various products
    • Manage the day-to-day of pods and working groups; developing plans, reviewing work products and managing timelines
    • Identify partners across multiple organizations, and develop relationships to move our strategy forward
    • Work with data analysts on our team to size, define and understand opportunities
    • Identify, scope projects and manage those projects through to delivery
    • Use storytelling capabilities to develop presentations for leadership
    • Organize and facilitate strategy workshops with multiple organizations to design solutions and align execution
    • Create technical documentation to keep projects organized and support program reporting
    • Identify risks, process challenges and dependencies

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 8+ years experience working in growth marketing, SaaS or similar environment
    • Experience working with product and engineering teams
    • Experience in A/B testing and storytelling with data
    • Experience developing presentations to senior partners
    • Experience in project and partner management
    • Experience in facilitation techniques such as LUMA

Notre équipe travaille avec les organisations fonctionnelles et techniques d'Autodesk pour identifier, proposer, tester et développer des capacités de mise sur le marché qui permettent de développer l'activité et de fournir de la valeur à la clientèle. Une partie essentielle de votre rôle sera de développer des relations couvrant l'ensemble de notre gamme de produits, en mettant l'accent sur les équipes de développement de talents, et d'identifier les domaines pour le partenariat. Pour ce faire, vous travaillerez avec des analystes de données pour comprendre l'activité de chaque équipe et savoir où la CAP peut offrir un soutien aux objectifs commerciaux. Pour réussir, vous allez exploiter votre sens des affaires, votre capacité à interpréter les données et à créer des plans pour aider les différentes équipes à atteindre des résultats partagés.
    Nous sommes ouverts au travail hybride et au télétravail. Au besoin, nous nous rendons sur place pour des réunions importantes.

    Responsabilités

    • Diriger la stratégie de CAP pour divers produits
    • Gérer les équipes et les groupes de travail au quotidien, développer des plans, passer en revue les produits de travail et gérer les délais
    • Identifier les partenaires au sein de multiples organisations et développer des relations pour faire avancer notre stratégie
    • Collaborer avec les analystes de données de notre équipe pour évaluer, définir et comprendre les occasions
    • Identifier et définir l'étendue des projets et les gérer jusqu'à leur livraison
    • Utiliser les capacités de narration pour développer des présentations destinées aux dirigeants
    • Organiser et faciliter des ateliers de stratégie avec plusieurs organisations pour concevoir des solutions et harmoniser l'exécution
    • Créer de la documentation technique pour préserver l'organisation des projets et soutenir l'établissement de rapports sur les programmes
    • Identifier les risques, les défis liés aux processus et les dépendances

    Exigences minimales

    • Au moins 8 ans d'expérience de travail dans le marketing de croissance, les logiciels-services ou un environnement similaire
    • Expérience de travail avec les équipes de produits et d'ingénierie
    • Expérience des tests A/B et de la narration avec les données
    • Expérience du développement de présentations à des partenaires expérimentés
    • Expérience dans la gestion de projets et de partenaires
    • Expérience dans les techniques de facilitation telles que LUMA

    Salary transparency

    Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $118,800 and $192,170. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
