    We are targeting a market opportunity exceeding $30 billion, and to reach our ambitious goals, we are building an exceptional team. Joining us as a Solutions Engineer at Forethought, you will collaborate closely with our Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, and Customer Support teams to aid our clients in reimagining their Customer Experience workforce using our AI Platform. We are seeking individuals with a growth mindset, a passion for tackling complex challenges, and a desire to make a positive impact alongside dynamic and enthusiastic team members.

    What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities):

    • Serve as a technical liaison between clients, account executives, and our internal team.
    • Lead scoping sessions with clients to gather, analyze, clarify, and document business requirements, translating them into solution proposals for the Forethought AI platform.
    • Collaborate with the Sales team to define meeting objectives with clients, prioritize opportunities, and offer technical solution leadership for sales prospects.
    • Create and deliver customized demos to clients, ranging from practical users to executive presentations.
    • Present solution proposals, highlighting business benefits, competitive advantages, and how our solutions align with clients' current and future needs.
    • Define, configure, and assist customers through proof of value trials to support their assessment of Forethought.
    • Establish trust with client accounts and provide practical guidance on the business value of proposed solutions, managing client expectations to ensure satisfaction.
    • Demonstrate thought leadership by advising clients on leveraging AI solutions to enhance the efficiency of existing business processes.
    • Collaborate closely with the Implementation, Engineering, Product, and other Solution Engineers to strategize on opportunities, cross-training, and knowledge sharing.

    Who You Are (Skills):

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in roles like Sales Engineer, Implementation Consultant, or a technical client-facing position.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team, handle multiple clients simultaneously, and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced and innovative environment.
    • Hands-on expertise with web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript.
    • Proficient in working with APIs.
    • Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, and/or NLP concepts and applications.
    • Solid understanding of software/SaaS sales cycles and strategies in a rapidly growing startup setting.
    • Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
    • Preferred: Experience with Helpdesk technologies like Zendesk, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.
