    We are seeking a Safety Advisor to join our loss prevention organization (LP), which is the corporate safety.

    We provide both day-to-day in-field occupational and process safety support to all of ouroperations, as well as centralized technical support and consulting functions.

    LP provides its services to all the facilities and departments that are located throughout the Kingdom.

    Your primary role as a Safety Advisor (Loss Prevention Advisor) is to provide daily support to company facilities and departments, helping them effectively implement the safety management system expectations and associated programs, as well as assuring compliance with all company safety requirements.

    Bachelor's degree from an Accredited Institution.
    ~7 years of experience in oil and gas, petrochemicals, or related industries, such as operations and maintenance, plant engineering, construction, turnaround and inspection, safety program development, process safety, and audits/assessments.

    Facilitate implementation of the Saudi Aramco Safety Management System, as well as its objectives and expectations, including developing associated safety processes, and participating in self-assessments.

    Conduct field inspections/reviews to assess compliance with company and international codes and standards, identify safety concerns, formulate solutions, and develop practical and cost-effective corrective actions.

    Identify, evaluate, recommend actions, and follow up on critical, yet universal safety tasks and control methodologies related to operational safety practices (e.g., work at height, isolation/LOTO, permit to work, hydrogen sulphide, confined space entry, excavations).

    Participate in safety studies/activities using risk assessment and mitigation methodologies, such as PHAs, HAZOPs, JSAs, incident investigations, compliance reviews, or insurance surveys.

    Respond to emergencies and incidents, either during or after regular working hours, to provide technical assistance and advice.

    Participate in worksite contractor safety management activities (e.g., contractor selection and pre-qualification, monitoring of worksite compliance, and measurement of performance).

    Deliver Loss Prevention-specific training to employees, contractors, and outside parties.

    If this preliminary phone/video interview is successful, your resume will be submitted to our client.
    If your preliminary phone/video interview is not successful, our Talent Acquisition consultant will inform you.

    If your resume is approved a member of the Talent Acquisition Team will get back to you and schedule a face-to-face meeting in a defined location.

    The client interview contains technical questions that help assess your familiarity with problem-solving in your given field and may include a behavioral evaluation.

    3 There could be additional video interviews with hiring managers, which may also contain technical questions that help us assess your familiarity with problem-solving in your given field.

    Conditions for employment include but are not limited to medical examinations, and permission to secure a visa to work and reside in-country.


    Relocation Process:

    After your offer is accepted and all conditions for employment are met, you will be assigned a relocation advisor from LHR Americas.
