    Description
    We are looking to add a General Manager Climate Control (Southern Ontario Region) to the team. Reporting to John Dolson, this position will be based out of our Bolton Climate Control Division location .


    Scope:

    We are a leading provider of Climate Control solutions, offering a range of products and services, including heaters, propane, and HVAC systems.

    We are looking for an experienced and dynamic leader with a passion for the Climate Control.

    As a General Manager, you possess a proven track record of driving business growth, expanding market share, and increasing profitability in the Heat & Climate Control sectors.

    Leading and managing a diverse team of professionals, including sales, operations, customer service, and technical staff.
    Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
    Monitoring industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
    Implementing and maintaining safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    A minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations leadership role in the rental Climate Control industry.
    Post-secondary education an asset.
    must be comfortable with managing and adapting to multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
    Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
    Valid Class G Driver's license with satisfactory abstract.
