    You as a Project Administrator will:

    • Answer and direct incoming calls in a prompt, professional and courteous manner
    • Book and coordinate meetings and create and distribute meeting minutes
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, resource room schedules, various Excel spreadsheets and training materials
    • Document control of all correspondence including letters, meeting minutes, change orders
    • Ensure that employee and equipment time is recorded and entered
    • Create documentation such as client reports, presentations and proposals as required
    • Receive and validate invoices, assist with accounts payable viewing/coding and approvals Is this the right role for you?
      • You have 2-4 years of administrative experience
      • A diploma or post-secondary in Administration or Accounting would be considered an asset
      • You have a strong focus on customer service with a pleasant phone manner
      • You have the ability to quickly develop working relationships with a broad range of individuals, both internally and externally
