    Description

    Sous la direction du gestionnaire logistique, le coordonnateur logistique est responsable de l'exécution, de la coordination et de la planification quotidiennes de l'expédition et de la réception ainsi que de la maintenance des données sur les coûts de transport et la traçabilité des expéditions.

    Tâches et responsabilités :

    • Gérer l'acheminement des bons de commande.
    • Planifier et demander des réservations pour le transport multimodal (routier, aérien, maritime)
    • Communiquer avec les différents transporteurs, compagnies aériennes et transitaires le statut des commandes expédiées.
    • Suivre et surveiller la livraison des commandes de fret.
    • Ouvrir les réclamations de fret auprès des transporteurs en cas de dommages ou de pénuries
    • Acheminer les commandes de fret pour les expédier via différents portails d'expédition.
    • Générez des factures d'atterrissage (BOL), des étiquettes de palettes et des listes de colisage pour les expéditions entrantes et sortantes.
    • Communication avec différents fournisseurs.
    • Mettre à jour les systèmes WMS avec les informations de suivi et les coûts de transport.
    • Fournir un soutien aux coordonnateurs logistiques dans diverses tâches d'expédition.
    • Communiquer avec les différentes parties prenantes l'état des commandes et la réception des bons de commande. (Appels quotidiens, e-mails, chats).
    • Signaler tout problème ou retard au responsable logistique
    • Participer à d'autres tâches administratives au besoin et soutenir des projets spéciaux.
    • Suivre toutes les politiques et procédures de l'entreprise CSST.

    Exigences:

    • Diplôme collégial ou universitaire en logistique
    • Minimum 3 à 5 ans d'expérience
    • Connaissance des systèmes ERP SAP et WMS (un atout)
    • Bilingue (anglais/français)
    • Expérience générale avec MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    • Excellente compétences en communication et relation interpersonnelles
    • Capacité à bien travailler sous pression et dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
    • Doit être un joueur d'équipe.
    • Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois.
    • Capable de travailler en équipe ou individuellement.
    • Organisé et soucieux du détail.

    Ce poste nécessite des candidats qualifiés en anglais en raison de la nature de nos besoins et opérations commerciaux.

    Under the direction of the Logistics Manager, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the daily execution and coordination and scheduling the shipping and receiving as well as data maintenance of freight costs and shipments traceability.

    Tasks & Responsibilities:

    • Manage the routing of purchase orders
    • Schedule and request bookings for multimodal transport (road, air, ocean)
    • Communicate with different carrier providers, airlines, and freight forwarders status of dispatched orders
    • Track and monitor the delivery of freight orders
    • Open freight claims with carriers when damages or shortages
    • Route freight orders for shipping through different shipping portals
    • Generate Bills of Landing (BOLs), pallet labels and packing lists for inbound and outbound shipments
    • Communication with different vendors
    • Update the WMS Systems with tracking information and freight costs
    • Provide support to the Logistics Coordinators in various shipping tasks
    • Communicate with different stakeholders the status of orders and receiving POs. (Daily calls, emails, chats)
    • Report any problems or delays to the Logistics Manager
    • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed and support special projects
    • Follow all company policies and procedures CSST.

    Requirements:

    • College or University degree in Logistics
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience
    • Knowledge of ERP Systems SAP and WMS (Preferred)
    • Bilingual (English/French)
    • General experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must be a team player.
    • Ability to multitask.
    • Able to work in a team or individually.
    • Organized and detail oriented.
