    Business Development Manager- oXya Canada
    Do you want to evolve within an innovative technology consulting company? We help Large and international companies increase the efficiency and flexibility of their Critical applications. Today, oXya provides technical services and hosting solutions to hundreds of thousands of users.
    As oXya continues to grow, we are looking for 2 strategic and determined Business Development Managers to help expand our vision across Canada: one position based in Toronto, and one position based in Montréal.
    Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and service needs.
    ~ Partner with our pre-sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for prospective clients.
    ~ Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
    ~ Remain up to date on industry news.
    ~Always participate in the promotion of the image and brand of oXya in all agreed markets in a professional and ethical manner

    REQUIRED TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE
    As a self-starter willing to operate in a multifaceted way, you should also have experience in market development of critical applications & Technical Services (Mainly Critical applications, ERP & SAP Ecosystem), migration to cloud & Data Analytics.

    ~ Knowledge and experience utilizing data analytics and AI technologies to solve problems or gain insights.

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related field
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    Ability to manage the entire sales cycle and present the value to C-level executives
    ASSETS
    Hands-on knowledge of Consulting offerings combined with the ability to effectively discuss these services and solutions with clients.
    Ideally, experience in consulting service offerings - including application management, enterprise resource planning, business intelligence, analytics, strategy and transformation and hybrid cloud - in project delivery and implementation.

    Toujours participer à la promotion de l'image et de la marque d'oXya sur tous les marchés convenus de manière professionnelle et éthique
    EXPERTISE TECHNIQUE ET PROFESSIONNELLE REQUISE
    En évoluant avec un esprit d'entrepreneur dans son assignation le/la candidat(e) doit faire preuve de créativité, et doit également avoir une expérience dans le développement de marché des services de support d'applications critiques et de support technique (principalement pour les applications critiques, ERP, l'écosystème SAP...), la migration vers le cloud et l'analyse de données.

    ~ Connaissance et expérience de l'utilisation des technologies d'analyse de données et d'intelligence artificielle pour résoudre des problèmes ou obtenir des informations.

    Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite, y compris l'animation de présentations de groupe en français et en anglais
    Maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office, y compris Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    Bilinguisme : français et anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (important pour la communication avec nos clients anglophones).
    Connaissance pratique des offres de conseil combinée a la capacité de présenter efficacement de ces services et solutions avec les clients.
    Idéalement, expérience dans les offres de services de conseil - y compris la gestion des applications, la planification des ressources d'entreprise, l'intelligence d'affaires, l'analyse, la stratégie et la transformation et le cloud hybride - dans la livraison et la mise en œuvre de projets.
